WES offers behavioral health services to adults, children, and families in an outpatient setting, addressing a wide range of mental and emotional health concerns. These include depression, anxiety, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), grief and loss, family and couple challenges, trauma, mood-related issues, and psychosis.
The Blended Enhanced Targeted Case Management (BETCM) program supports adults with serious mental illness by connecting them to community-based services. Through a team-based, recovery-focused model, BETCM helps individuals maintain stability by addressing their unique health and social needs.
OMY (Our Mission is Yours) Adult Psychiatric Rehabilitation and Outpatient Program provides vital support for individuals diagnosed with mental health conditions such as Schizophrenia, Bipolar Disorder, Co-occurring Disorders, or Major Depression.
WES @ Philly Home provides behavioral health services to residents of the Philly Home housing programs, focusing on individuals experiencing housing instability, educational or employment challenges, and behavioral health concerns such as depression, anxiety, trauma, and substance use.
WES Care utilizes The Philadelphia Model to address serious mental illness (SMI) in long-term care (LTC). Services include highly structured therapeutic residential behavioral healthcare and treatment for frail adults who are eligible for skilled nursing level of care who also have serious mental illness and who have reached maximum benefit from the mental health resources available elsewhere in the community or hospital.
Intensive Behavioral Health Services, formerly known as BHRS and STS, is a non-urgent mental health service for children and adolescents who may be experiencing mental and behavioral health challenges in their daily lives. Eligible children have a DSM or ICD behavioral health diagnosis.
The Crisis Response Program (CRP) is a specialized mental health service designed to provide immediate, short-term interventions for children, adolescents, and adults experiencing acute behavioral health crises. This program is tailored for individuals who may be facing severe mental and emotional distress, often requiring urgent support and assessment.
The WES-SCV program provides a safe, professionally supervised setting for court-ordered custody visits between children and their custodial and noncustodial parents. Referred through Family Court, the program ensures visits are monitored, trauma-informed, and reported to support informed custody decisions while prioritizing the safety of all participants.
The VHP is a work activity center, which incorporates a realistic work atmosphere. In this supported environment, that allows individuals are paid piece rates and/or hourly rates based on wages commensurate with wages in similar workplaces. Facility-based trainings also promote career exploration, and the acquisition of soft skills required for successful community integrated employment.
Community Participation Supports are designed to empower individuals by providing them with opportunities to gain independence across various aspects of life within their community. These activities focus on choice, interests, enhancing integration, fostering independence, and developing social capital.
In-Home & Community Services are designed to assist individuals in acquiring and sustaining essential skills that promote enhanced independence within their homes and meaningful integration into their communities. These services are tailored to align with the individual’s desired outcomes, focusing on choice, personal goals, preferences, and needs.
Companion Services are designed to support individuals in participating more meaningfully in both home and community life. These services are provided in settings chosen by the individual, promoting health and safety, assisting with daily tasks, and facilitating engagement in community activities.

The Passages Program supports adolescents aged 11 to 17 with substance abuse issues in school and home settings. The outpatient treatment services aim to help individuals stop using drugs or alcohol, improve self-esteem, and prepare for successful futures. The program focuses on eliminating substance use, resolving personal and family problems, empowering adolescents with necessary life skills, promoting responsibility for their actions, addressing co-dependency, and providing family intervention and treatment options.
