Abayomi Ige MD is the Chief Medical Officer at Wes Health System. Dr. Ige has the responsibility of ensuring the delivery of quality medical care and excellent mental health services to all WES patients. In this role, he serves as the chairperson of the medical staff office with direct supervisory relationship with the system’s Psychiatrists, Nurse practitioners and Nurses. He also oversees the operations of the quality management division.
Dr. Ige completed his basic medical medication and holds a Bachelor of Medicine; Bachelor of Surgery, (MB:BS) degree from the University of Ilorin, Nigeria. He also earned a Post -Graduate Diploma in Psychopharmacology from the University of Munich, Germany. Dr. Ige completed a General Psychiatry residency at the Medical College of Pennsylvania Philadelphia and a Child and Adolescent Psychiatry fellowship at the Allegheny–Hahnemann University Hospital Philadelphia. He attended the Johns Hopkins University and received a Graduate Certificate in Business of Medicine program.

Throughout her diverse career, Lynne has demonstrated a strong ability to optimize operational efficiency, achieve outstanding program outcomes, and secure new funding. As the Senior Vice President of Operations at WES Health System, she leads multi-state teams and pioneers innovative care delivery approaches, including telehealth and value-based performance models. Health System, Elizabeth is responsible for oversight of all clinical initiatives, clinical operations, medical records, quality management and training. Elizabeth is trained in Dialectical
Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and is a certified Prolonged Exposure (PE) therapist and consultant.
She also provides individual, family and group therapy services, and specializes in treating Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). Elizabeth served on a task force established by the University
of Pennsylvania’s Center for Treatment and Study of Anxiety that aims to increase cultural competence associated with evidence-based treatment of PTSD. This task force adapted the Prolonged Exposure model to be culturally considerate of the individual. Elizabeth is a licensed clinical social worker and holds a master's degree in social work from Rutgers University and a B.A. in Psychology from American University.

beyond its Philadelphia roots, successfully leading the establishment of the first Chicago, Illinois office. After contributing significantly to WES through 2009, Tamika explored other professional opportunities but remained deeply connected to the mission and values of the organization.
In 2016, she returned to WES as a consultant, leveraging her expertise to support the agency’s growth and strategic initiatives. Her efforts included managing and overseeing seven school-
based counseling and social work programs in elementary schools across New Castle County, Delaware, from 2016 to 2021. In 2021, Tamika once again joined the WES team.
As WES continues to expand its reach and impact, Tamika is focused on identifying new opportunities and strategies to further the agency’s mission. She holds a BS in Psychology, a Master of Social Work (MSW), and is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). Tamika also earned an MBA, combining her clinical expertise with strong leadership and operational insight.
