WES Philadelphia Health System delivers comprehensive behavioral health services, offering outpatient therapy, psychiatric evaluations, and evidence-based treatment for children, adults, and families.

Pre-Vocational Training

The VHP is a work activity center, which incorporates a realistic work atmosphere. In this supported environment, that allows individuals are paid piece rates and/or hourly rates based on wages commensurate with wages in similar workplaces.  Facility-based trainings also promote career exploration, and the acquisition of soft skills required for successful community integrated employment.

In-Home & Community Services

In-Home & Community Services are designed to assist individuals in acquiring and sustaining essential skills that promote enhanced independence within their homes and meaningful integration into their communities. These services are tailored to align with the individual’s desired outcomes, focusing on choice, personal goals, preferences, and needs.
